The Canada Green Card Membership Program:

We use the “Green Card” term figuratively, in Canada we do not actually use or emit Green Cards. At Canada Green Card, we use this term mostly in comparison to our southern neighbors, the United States of America.

Active (U.S Immigration Canada) Green Card Member description:

Any participant that has completed the online application and has processed their membership payment. Thus entitling them in the participation of the daily draw and the financial assistance, once selected. 

The Canada Green Card program is designed to provide financial aids for assisting their members with their efforts to immigrat and relocate to Canada.

Managing Director Immigration Attorney

Cathrine Moore is the Managing Attorney of Immigrant Justice Corps. From 2009 to 2015, Mrs. Moore was an immigration Officer at The united states Immigration where she provided individual representation to indigent noncitizens before immigration courts and at the agency level. She also provided technical immigration assistance to the office’s criminal defense practice and noncitizens facing criminal charges in the Bronx. Finally, she helped launch the New York Immigrant Family Unity Project, the first institutionally-provided public defender program in the country for immigrants facing deportation at the Varick Street Immigration Court. Prior to attending law school, she worked for Local 32 BJ of the Service Employees International Union, where she advocated on behalf of their immigrant members.

 

Mrs. Moore received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Wesleyan University.was previously employed by a private immigration law firm, and his practice included: removal defense, advising companies on employment-based visas, and helping families and individuals obtain immigration relief. Mrs. Moore pro bono work included helping children obtain Special Juvenile Status, U-visas, and DACA. During law school, Mrs. Moore worked on all the intern in the immigration unit of the Immigration Law Project. The U.S  Canada Permanent Resident Card eligibility evaluation follows the standards required by the Canadian Immigration authority. The eligibility evaluation is based on the following criterias immigrants and asylum seekers. Under her leadership, Immigration Equality built a $17 million pro bono program, quintupled client services to aid more than 5,000 people annually, and succeeded in changing the U.S. immigration system for LGBT and HIV-positive people.ith recent appearances including WNBC-TV, NPR, Voice of America, Good Day New York, and NY1. She was named one of 2013’s “50 Most Powerful Women in New York,” by Crain’s New York Business. Mrs. Moore holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and lives in New York City with her husband and their three boys.
